| Taxes (Tax) and the cost of electricity, water and cleaning of the apartment are included in price. Wireless internet - free |
| Also included: bed linen, two towels per person. Bed linen and towels change every week or more if needed. In apartments are everything for cleaning, and for washing dishes , eathing equipment and cooking stuff. |
Space of apartments:
- 4 bedrooms of which 2 with balcony
- 3 bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink, mirror, cabinet for cosmetics)
- Kitchen + dining room (fully equipped, refrigerator, dishes, kitchenware, coffee machine, satellite TV, sofa)

For every booking we take the advance in the amount of 20% of the price agreed upon in the reservation. For reservation, please send per e-mail or fax an availability request. After confirmation of availability, we shall send you the information for prepayment. After the incoming of payments, we shall send you a confirmation that the payment has been received.
